Does the driver operate within a radius of 160 km from the home terminal, does the driver return to the home terminal each day to begin a minimum of 8 consecutive hours of off-duty time, OR does carrier maintain and retain for a period of 6 months accurate time records showing the time the driver reports to work and the time the driver is released from work?
